Plant Protect Membership Terms & Conditions
By joining Plant Protect, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership Fees

The annual membership/partnership fee is £[amount] .

You may pay:

In full upfront at £[amount], or
-
By instalments of £[amount] per month over [number] months. A one-time £20 admin fee will be added to the first payment.

2. Nature of the Agreement

This is not a credit agreement.

Membership is for a fixed 12-month term, and the full fee is payable whether you pay upfront or by instalments.
3. Payment Method

Instalments will be collected automatically by direct debit/standing order/Stripe (as specified at checkout).

You must keep your payment method valid and up to date.
4. Commitment

By choosing instalments, you agree to pay the full 12-month membership fee in scheduled payments.

Membership benefits remain active only while your account is up to date.
5. Late or Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to collect it again within 7 days.

If payments remain unpaid after 14 days, we may suspend your membership benefits until your account is brought up to date.
6. Termination for Non-Payment

If payments remain unpaid for more than 30 days, your membership may be treated as terminated due to non-payment.

In this case:

Your company name, logo, and backlink will be removed from our website and promotional materials.

We may announce publicly (e.g., on social media or in newsletters) that your company is no longer a Plant Protect member or partner.

Certificates, reports, or documents already issued will remain valid only up to the date of termination.

7. Renewal

Membership runs for a fixed 12-month term.

We will contact you approximately one month before the end of your term to discuss whether you would like to renew for a further year.

If you do not renew, your membership will end at the close of your 12-month term.
8. Admin Fee

A one-time £20 admin fee applies to all instalment plans.

Paying in full upfront does not incur an admin fee.
9. Governing Law
-
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
